CCI-Safety Netting engage qualified engineers to assess sites and provide full geotechnical analysis on what type of footing will be the best option.
Rigging helps nets to hang flat and stops them billowing in the wind. Our engineers have spent years perfecting our industry-leading rigging and cabling system to ensure we achieve maximum structural rigidity.
Poor rigging creates more structural failures on high safety screens than any other single issue. Across the industry, most engineers design for the appropriate wind loads, but sometimes fail to consider the associated movement in these structures, which can create wear and fatigue, sometimes leading to major structure issues.
At CCI -Safety Netting, we only use high tensile galvanised hard drawn cable, with the appropriate rated dead ends rather than wire rope, clamps or swages that can rust. Our rigging fittings include rated 1 bolt clamps, 3 bolt clamps, links and turnbuckles, that are secured to threaded mounts on the poles for total structural rigidity.
